However, Bodegas Toni Beneito S.L will not verify the accuracy of the data provided, nor will it be responsible for those minors who enter this page in breach of said access condition.
Full responsibility in determining the specific content and services to which minors have access corresponds exclusively to the persons of legal age who are in charge of them, for which Bodegas Toni Beneito recommends that parents, representatives or legal guardians supervise or take appropriate precautions while minors browse the internet.
The customs legislation of some countries does not allow the entry of wines or alcoholic beverages. The user understands and accepts that these customs restrictions may change relatively frequently, we list below the following countries with ENTRY OF WINE OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES NOT ALLOWED: Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bosnia, Cuba, Denmark, Dubai, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ethiopia, Finland, France and the French Overseas Territories and Departments (France Guyana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, St. Pierre and Miquelon, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Territories Antarctic and South, Wallys and Futura Islands). 1.HOW TO BUY:
Buying in our store is very simple: you just have to choose an item, add it to the cart by clicking on the cart icon and process the order, using the payment method you prefer. Any order for our products can be made online through our website. The ordering process is carried out in the following steps:
Store -> Choose product -> Choose quantity ->Choose option-> Basket -> Buy ->
Confirmation -> Payment method -> Delivery details -> Finalize the purchase.
Once the purchase process has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the reference number that identifies your order and the purchase summary. Please, review it and save it as a receipt for what you are buying, for future communications.
2.HOW TO PAY
Payment can be made by credit card.
Our prices are indicated in euros, and include VAT for sale within the European Community. The only applicable supplementary cost is shipping. For special shipments we reserve the right to invoice, with your acceptance, the actual costs of transport.
In orders outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, all associated fees and taxes are borne by the buyer in accordance with current legal provisions. In this shipment, the amount of the invoice in euros will be taken as the declared value for customs purposes. The amount of customs taxes varies in each country and must be paid in cash upon receipt of the shipment. Shipments to countries outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and
Andorra will be invoiced without VAT. The products offered in this service are aimed at final consumers under the terms and conditions provided by the Retail Trade Law.
In the case of sales made to European companies, not Spanish, we will invoice with a VAT of 0%, in cases in which the USER is registered in the list of intra-community operators. To comply with this casuistry, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will verify your data.
3. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
The periods indicated below are computed on working days (Monday to Friday) and may be altered by local or national holidays.
1) For shipments within Spanish territory, the usual delivery time ranges between 2 and 3 business days.
2) For international shipments within Europe, the usual delivery time ranges between 10 and 35 business days, depending on the country of destination.
Bodegas Toni Beneito S.L will choose the most suitable company to carry out the shipment according to type and geographical region. It arrives directly to the shipping address that you have notified us. It is required that there is someone at that address during business hours and a contact telephone number (with a margin of 4-5 hours to coordinate the delivery).
The cost of transportation will be calculated by the system during the purchase process and will depend on the country of destination and the selected product.
If, for reasons of availability, a product cannot be delivered within the periods indicated during the purchase process, Bodegas Toni Beneito S.L will contact the customer via email within a maximum period of 48 business hours. The customer may choose to cancel his order without being charged any additional cost.
In the event of a price change, Bodegas Toni Beneito S.L will notify the customer of the change by email and the customer may choose to cancel their order without being charged any additional cost.
The User understands and accepts that the price of the shipment, the delivery times, the quality of the service and the delivery point are subject to the different modes of transport among those possible for different shipping areas and the availability of the chosen product. Bodegas Toni Beneito S.L does not carry out expeditions on holidays,Saturdays or Sundays.
Additionally, transport times may be altered due to extraordinary incidents in the logistics service company(ies), due to difficulties in delivering the merchandise and/or due to force majeure; in any case, no delay in delivery with respect to the indicated deadlines will entitle the User to demand any compensation.
Shipping costs for Ceuta and Melilla
Shipping costs include transport, insurance and customs clearance at origin. Customs expenses at destination or other taxes (tariffs) are not included; It will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash in order to receive the merchandise, whether the merchandise is delivered or not.
In the event that the recipient is different from the buyer, you must also include the CIF/NIF of the latter.
International shipping costs
European Union: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, UK, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden.
Rest of Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania and America: Countries not belonging to the European Union.
Shipping costs include transport, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries in countries outside the European Union, customs expenses at destination or other taxes (tariffs) are not included; It will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash in order to receive the merchandise, whether the merchandise is delivered or not.
If the delivery address is not correctly completed by the customer, orders sent by post are automatically returned and we are NOT responsible for the time this return may take or for the cost of the second shipment. Returns follow an extremely slow process. Please check that your delivery address is as complete and accurate as possible. The last name listed must be the same as the last name on your doorbell/mailbox. If it is not a private address, indicate the name of the store, office, or place where you wish to receive the delivery.
Do not let more than 8 days pass from our notification of shipment by e-mail without claiming the order.
Make sure that the e-mail you have provided is correct, in order to receive the shipping notification without problems.
By confirming these TERMS OF PURCHASE, the customer agrees to pay second postage in cases of returns for incomplete addresses, not completed by the customer and for shipments not claimed on time.
We are not responsible if we are unable to ship your requested order due to circumstances beyond our control, including delays by our suppliers, fire, flood, strikes, electrical problems, etc.
4.WARRANTY AND RETURN OF AN ITEM
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 15 business days, from the date of receipt, to change it. Send us an e-mail to: email@example.com and we will inform you how to process your exchange or return. We will respond to you within a maximum period of 48 hours, working days.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, sealed, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the exchange or return.
ATTENTION! The refund will not be effective in the following cases:
When the products have been used.
When the order is not in the same conditions as when it was sent.
When the product has undergone a customization process and said process has already begun. In the case of personalized products, the return period begins to count from the moment you confirm the order and ends as soon as the product has been entered in the customization process. Therefore, make sure that you have ordered what you really want, carefully reviewing the confirmation email that we send a few seconds after successfully completing the purchase.
Transport costs will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, Bodegas Toni Beneito S.L will accept the exchange or return of the product, proceeding to the new shipment, in case of exchange, or to the payment of the amount, in case of return.
* Only in the event that the product presents defects or errors of origin, Bodegas Toni Beneito S.L will make the change for the same item or reference once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify it. In this case, only the first shipment will be invoiced, and Bodegas Toni Beneito S.L will be responsible for the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment. In the event that the client wishes to make a change for another article or reference, he will assume the cost of return and new shipment. In cases of product deterioration or lack of conformity due to transport, the customer must notify Bodegas Toni Beneito S.L within 7 calendar days of receiving the order via e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
5. ORDER CANCELLATION
After creating your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to the account you have provided to us. If then, or in the following 24 business hours, you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com
The refund will be made to the credit card used at the time of purchase or to your PayPal account.
Bodegas Toni Beneito S.L will not accept cancellations 24 hours after placing the order.
Returns to Ceuta and Melilla and other international destinations:
If you wish to cancel the order, you must inform us within a maximum period of 24 hours from when you placed it, since in this interval you may be traveling and it is not always possible to stop the shipment. If your order has already been shipped, you must pick up the order when it is delivered and contact us within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
Both the return costs and the customs expenses and local taxes will be the responsibility of the client. If the return costs are greater than the value of the merchandise to be returned, the remaining balance will be charged in the same way as the original payment.
** The illustrative photographs of the products may differ from the actual appearance of the photographed elements due to the filters and balances of the photograph. Bodegas Toni Beneito S.L tries at all times to ensure that the colors and shades of the photographs on the website are as close to the real appearance of the photographed elements, but cannot offer any guarantee in this regard.
6. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Only sale to adults is allowed.
Bodegas Toni Beneito S.L is responsible and knows the current legislation of the countries to which it sends the products.
In the case of payment by card, the cardholder is aware of and accepts the conditions established by Bodegas Toni Beneito S.L.
Claims and Guarantee.
We offer a two-year warranty that starts from the moment the product is delivered to the customer. The customer must inform us of the lack of conformity with the product within 7 days of becoming aware of it. The invoice is the guarantee, please keep it. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that may appear when the products have been used following the instructions for use. The warranty does not cover damage to the product as a result of misuse, lack of care or modifications.
Once we have received the product and have verified that it was a manufacturing fault, we can deliver one in perfect condition, or if the customer prefers, we will proceed to refund the amount paid.
In case of return of a product within the guarantee, we assume the transport costs.
